Returning to Work After Maternity Leave

After some truly special time spent with my family, I’m excited to ease back into work as a Kinesiologist. The moments I’ve had at home have been incredibly precious to me, and now, I’m looking forward to reconnecting with my clients and continuing to support their wellness journeys.

I’ll be offering online sessions for now, which has always been a wonderful way for me to stay connected and offer the care that I truly believe in.

 

The Power of Online Sessions

One of the reasons I’ve always found online sessions to be so effective is because, at a core level, we are all made up of energy. Our cells, tissues, and organs are constantly interacting and vibrating with energy, and this energy flows through our bodies to create balance and harmony. Even though we’re not physically in the same room, the energy we share through an online connection can still have a profound impact.

Energy moves beyond physical space—it’s a part of who we are.

Whether we’re working on pain, emotional stress, or balancing the body’s meridian system, online sessions allow that energy to flow freely. This process of energy exchange can have just as much of an effect as being in person.

I’ve seen it firsthand—clients experience meaningful shifts in their well-being through online work, from emotional release to greater body awareness and overall wellness. Our connection, can tap into that energy, creating real, positive change in the body and mind.

 

Balancing Family and Work

Returning to work has been a lovely, natural step for me. I’m so grateful for the time I’ve had with my family, and it feels good to now find a rhythm that lets me give my clients the care they deserve while also being fully present with my children.

The flexibility of online sessions has made this balance possible, and I’m truly thankful for that.

 

Looking Ahead

As I ease back into my professional life, I’m filled with gratitude for the time I’ve had and for what’s ahead. I look forward to continuing to help my clients feel their best, whether through online sessions or, eventually, in person.
